Last weekend, we enjoyed a beautiful afternoon pulling the invasive dame's rocket from a hillside in Brennan Woods. It was nice to see the bed of a pickup truck fill as we hauled the flowering invasive out. After enjoying some light refreshments our afternoon continued with a guided hike at Brennan Woods and our newest preserve. Nate Simons of Blue Heron Ministries discussed current and future restoration efforts.
