Neighborhood Cleanup Project

When: Saturday, April 10 through Earth Day on Thursday, April 22nd

Where: Along each road in the Clear Lake Township, including the Town of Clear Lake

How to Participate: Let’s all come together and clean up our neighborhood – while social distancing! We have a map with all of the roads in the Clear Lake Township, including the Town, that have litter. Contact the Conservancy to ‘claim your roadway.’ Clean up litter any time between Saturday, 4/10 through Thursday, 4/22.

We’d love to estimate the amount of litter removed. Keep track of how much you pick up – a garbage bag full, a truck bed load, a 5-gallon bucket full, etc. Take photos of you participating in the Neighborhood Cleanup Project and share with the Conservancy through email, on Facebook and/or Instagram using the hashtag #CLTNeighborhoodCleanUp. It is a great time to be outside and come together to beautify our community. The critters in our streams and lakes will appreciate your hard work too!
