Fremont High School pitches in!

May 20, 2016

The Environmental Science class from Fremont High School joined us recently at our Flora-Husselman Trumbull Nature Preserve to remove the invasive garlic mustard. With 13 students, their teacher, and 3 members of our Water Quality Committee we were able to pull much of the invading plant from our 2 acre preserve. We also collected a full garbage bag of trash from along the roadside. We paused at our Old Town Hall Park for pizza and finished the afternoon discussing water quality testing completed here at Clear Lake by our Water Quality Committee.
