7th Annual Neighborhood Cleanup Project
Beginning March 22 through April 22 (Earth Day!) we are recruiting community members to pitch in and participate in spring cleaning along the roads in the Clear Lake Township, watershed, and surrounding areas by collecting litter along the roadways.
Here's how you can help!
- Claim a stretch of road in our area that you'd like to clean up and let us know by emailing Joe at steward@clearlakeconservancy.org.
- Get your gloves on, grab your bags or bins, and take a walk or ride to collect litter along the route.
- Count how many bags, bins, or buckets of trash you collected and share your totals and volunteer hours with us.
- We’d love photos of your experience and your loot! Post on social media using the hashtag #CLTLCNeighborhoodCleanUp and tag the Conservancy, or email us at steward@clearlakeconservancy.org.
- Please properly dispose of trash and recyclable items.
